Refund Policy

Refunds/Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of the item we do not offer refunds on any items.

  • If you receive the wrong item and the fault is ours, we will gladly exchange for the proper item.
    The exchange will be processed only after the item has been shipped back to us in the same
    condition it was sent to you. In this case you will be responsible for all charges. All exchanges of
    this type must be processed within 3 days of you receiving the item.

BULK ORDERS: All bulk orders are non exchangeable  or non refundable.

Special Orders: All Special orders are non refundable non exchangeble

Policy and Shipping Information

If we have an item in stock it will be placed in the mail to you within 1-2 business days after your payment is made.  We ship via USPS Priority mail by default. You may also select USPS Express service for an additional fee.  If you require this overnight service please be sure to add the USPS Express Shipping option to your shopping cart(please contact us for overnight orders.) You can expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days (for Priority service) after it has been shipped depending on where you reside. If you select Express shipping you will receive your package the next day to most US locations.  Express orders must be placed by 11am EST for next day service.

We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% premium quality Indian human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture.

 

 

 

Payment Term

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.

 

 

 

Order Processing - Shipping Stock and Backorder

 If you need your order with in the 2-3 days please contact us to assure that we have it in stock. If you do not receive your order within 2-3 days that means it is on back order and it may take up to 3 weeks for you to receive it.

Even if we do not explicitly list a hair color, texture, or length in our options, the chances are good that we can still get it for you. This just means that we do not specifically stock the item. In this case please give us a call with your customized requirements and will give you a price and estimated shipping time (normally 2-3 weeks). We require a non-refundable 20% deposit on special order items.

For BULK HAIR, only exchanges within (3) business days from the date of purchase will be permitted. Due to the nature of the product and the possibility of incorrect installation which could result in the hair being inverted, there is no replacement of bulk hair and the 30 day Product Defect Exchange Policy is not applicable.​ All customized items are non refundable and no exchanges

 

 

 

Product Availibility

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Other Rights

She's Sheik Hair Boutique, Pretty Indian Hair,Simply Elegant Hair Salons, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Pretty Indian Hair will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, She's Sheik Hair Boutique, Simply Elegant Hair Salon,Pretty Indian Hair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Pretty Indian Hair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Prizes & Compensation

Any purchases made at trade shows, or received as prizes or for compensatory purposes are not permitted to be exchanged or returned.

 No sale is final until approved by She's Sheik Hair Boutique.  She'e Sheik Hair Boutique reserves the right to withhold approval at its sole discretion.
